Refund policy

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund when approved. Do not mail products back without contacting us first.
